Archyvinių dokumentų naikinimas
AB „Grigeo“ teikia NEMOKAMĄ archyvinių bei konfidencialių dokumentų naikinimo paslaugą ir išrašo visus reikalingus dokumentus.
Svarbu:
- esame vieninteliai Lietuvoje galintys dokumentus naikinti aukštesniu nei 7 lygiu, pagal DIN 66399 standartą – išplaušinimas. Nėra jokios galimybės jų atkurti;
- naikiname labai didelį kiekį dokumentų vienu metu (iki 1 t), todėl yra taupomas laikas;
- naikindami dokumentus mūsų bendrovėje, prisidedate prie aplinkos saugojimo, kadangi sunaikintus dokumentus įmonė perdirba;
- išrašome dokumentų sunaikinimo aktą;
- dokumentai naikinimui privalo būti paruošti, t.y. išsegti iš segtuvų, be plėvelių ir maišų.
- Vežant dokumentus naikinimui privalu turėti archyvinių dokumentų naikinimo sutartį.
